Meet Mukta

Meditation Guide & Founder, Divine Path Wellness

Mukta is the founder and primary facilitator of Divine Path Wellness. For over three years, she has dedicated her work to studying, practicing, and sharing meditation in ways that are experiential, accessible, and deeply transformative.

Her training includes completing and assisting in multiple 200 hour and 300 hour meditation teacher training programs — exploring meditation through breath, movement, awareness, sound, and presence.

Through her work, Mukta has guided individuals from diverse backgrounds across the world — meditation seekers, those on transformation journeys, people with mental health conditions, cancer patients, young learners, and workplace professionals.

Her intention is to present meditation in a way that feels natural, approachable, and deeply relevant to modern life.

Mukta believes meditation is not meant to take us away from life, but to help us experience it with greater clarity, depth, and joy.

Usually Ask

Booking a retreat is a big deal. Here are the honest answers to the questions that come up most.

Not at all. Most people arrive never having meditated seriously before — that's completely fine. The practices are designed to be accessible from session one. Whether you're a first-timer or someone with years of practice, the retreat meets you where you are.
This is exactly why we don't only teach silent sitting. Our approach includes breathwork, movement, and awareness practices — so there's always a doorway in. A restless mind is not a problem. It's actually the starting point.
Genuinely, yes — for many people. The practices work regardless of location. Mukta has guided sessions with participants across five continents and the depth of experience doesn't require you to be physically in Rishikesh. Though Rishikesh does add its own magic.
Yes. Mukta has worked extensively with individuals living with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. We do ask that you disclose this before booking so sessions can be appropriately tailored. Your safety and comfort come first.
Comfortable, loose clothing for practice sessions. Layers for cooler mornings. A personal journal if you like to write. Any personal medications. And mostly — openness. We provide everything else: linen, toiletries, meals, and your welcome kit.
The practices draw from ancient traditions but there is no religious requirement or dogma involved. People of all faiths — and none — are welcome. We're interested in direct experience, not belief systems.
The nearest airport is Dehradun (Jolly Grant), about 35 minutes by taxi. Delhi is roughly 6 hours by road or train. Once you're booked, we'll share detailed directions and local transport recommendations.
